These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of Clocksy, a time tracking and reporting application provided by Curly IT ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Clocksy, you agree to these Terms.

Clocksy is a paid time tracking tool that allows you to:

  • Track time (timers and manual entries)
  • Manage clients and projects
  • Generate reports (including automated reports)
  • Track billable and non-billable work
  • Send reports via email

Clocksy is provided as an online service and may evolve over time.

To use Clocksy, you must:

  • Create an account using a valid email address
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must not:

  • Share access in a way that bypasses your plan limits
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes

You are responsible for any activity carried out using your account, whether authorised or not, unless caused by our negligence.
